Return & Refund Policy
Clear return rules for daily warehouse deals.
We want customers to understand return eligibility before purchase. Some clearance or personal-use items may have limitations, which should be shown on the product page.
Return Eligibility
Eligible unused items may be returned according to this policy. Items must generally be unused, in original condition, and include packaging or accessories where applicable.
- Return requests should include order number, checkout email, product name, and reason.
- Personal care, hygiene, clearance, final-sale, damaged-by-customer, or used items may be ineligible.
- Product page notes may override general return eligibility for specific items.
Refund Process
After receiving a valid return request, customer support will review eligibility and provide next steps. Refund timing depends on inspection, payment processor timing, and bank processing.
- Do not send items back without return instructions.
- Keep product and packaging until the case is resolved.
- Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
