Shopping & Daily Deals

What does One ID. One Deal. One Day. mean?

Each customer ID can unlock selected daily discounts. Some promotional deals may be limited to one unit per customer ID while allocated warehouse stock lasts.

Why are OneIDDeal prices lower?

Many products are released through closeout, overstock, packaging-update, distribution-change, or warehouse-space programs. These are useful, sellable products, but availability is limited.

Are the products new?

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, products are new and unused. Some items may come from overstock or packaging-update programs, so outer packaging may vary.

Why did yesterday's deal disappear?

Daily deals are based on allocated warehouse inventory. Once the deal period ends or allocated stock sells out, the product, price, or promotion may change.

How do I place an order?

Choose a product, select available options, and use Buy Now or Add to Cart. Follow checkout to complete your order.

Can I order without creating an account?

Standard products may support guest checkout. Selected Daily ID Deals may require a customer ID or account so deal limits can be applied correctly.

How do I check my order status?

Logged-in customers can check order status in their account. Guest customers can use the Track Order page with the order number and checkout email.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can usually be cancelled or modified before they ship. Contact oneiddeal@support.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse network. Most launch-stage orders are fulfilled through our Dallas-Fort Worth, TX warehouse network.

How fast is shipping?
  • Standard Shipping: typically 2-5 business days after processing for most U.S. orders.
  • Express Shipping: typically 1-2 business days after processing for eligible U.S. addresses.
How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. During high-volume daily drops, processing may take up to 2 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order through your account or the Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items may be returned according to our Return Policy. Personal care, hygiene, clearance, or final-sale items may have return limitations shown on the product page.

What is your return window?

Return requests for eligible items should be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email oneiddeal@support.com with your order number, checkout email, and a brief reason for the request.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund is credited to your original payment method.
